What's in my school bag 2017

So if you don't already know I love getting my back to school supplies together. I just love the whole organising part where you have to find supplies and get them all ready. And I'm not really cheap, but I try to find the way to save the most amount of money. So I reuse old stationery and use pens with brands and things like that. I'm not ashamed though because my sense of mind is that it does the same job. So since where I live we are going back to school very very soon *sigh*, I thought I would show you what is in my bag this year. This is going to be more of a practical guide rather then a cute stationery guide.

Just letting you know I didn't buy anything this year, this is all stuff I had at home except for the school bag. I'll link as much as I can find.

So this is my brand new school bag and I really like it because it's black so it goes with everything but it's also simple and classy. It is quite small but I've managed to fit everything.

So in the front pocket I normally keep my essentials and also some things like my calculator if they don't fit in the main pocket.

Things that I have in my front pocket for this year are my calculator, a mini Rogue by Rihanna perfume, mints, a mirror, a mini hairbrush, a spare hair tie, tissues, a toothpick, a bookmark and an earring holder thingy.

I also keep my more important things like pads, medication like hay fever tablets, paracetamols, and lozenges, a spare pen incase I forget my pencil case, my smart rider, keys, my USB, money and earphones.

Main Pocket

In my main pocket I have my systema lunchbox and a plastic Cool Ridge waterbottle. I normally have a proper water bottle but this year I really wasn't fussed.

I then have 4 Document Wallet folders in the colours purple, pink, blue and green. The different coloured folders make it easier to distinguish between the different subjects. Inside each of those folders I have 1 Spirax A4 Notebook with 120 pages, but in my English folder I have a 160 page notebook from Target. I have the folder because if I get handouts then I can keep them together with my book without it getting massive from papers.

In my purple fluffy pencil case I have 8 Stabilo Boss highlighters, 1 Artline 7.0 permanent marker, 1 Artline fineliner, 1 UHU gluestick, 1 pair of scissors, 3 PaperMate red pens, 4 random blue pens, 4 random black pens, 4 HB pencils, 1 2B pencil, 4 coloured pens, 1 correction pen, 2 erasers, and 1 sharpener. God that felt like a full on stationery list. I'm not the type of person who writes in colour and has all these colourful things so this year I am trying to write more in colour.

For my French and Music books I have 1 Presstick 48 page exercise book in a sheet protector for when I get handouts. I find this a really good space saver because I don't do that much work in these subjects so I don't need a big book. I just have a random St John ruler that I got given and I also have my glasses.

I'm going to be keeping my phone in this mini pocket inside of the main pocket. The main pocket also has a zip pocket if I need to put anything in there.

So hopefully this gives you an idea of the PRACTICAL things to keep in your school bag.
